Aili Jewelry is handmade to order, therefore most pieces are not kept in stock. We have a 2-6 week production lead time. All international orders ship via DHL or UPS. Cost is based on order but if you encounter any problems placing your order on our website, please do not hesitate to contact us at: email@example.com for assistance. Please note: For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Aili Jewelry is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Sales tax is only applied to purchases made within the State of New York. Tax charges will appear automatically during your checkout.
All Aili Jewelry items are made to order and great care is taken with each piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry we accept exchanges (except for rings) for unused merchandise within 10 days of receipt for store credit. Credit must be used within 6 months of the original purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable and not included in credit.
All sale items or custom orders (including rings) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Aili Jewelry is not responsible for return merchandise lost or damaged in transit. When shipping an item for return we suggest that you insure your package and wrap the piece securely with padding. Please be sure to include your return address, e-mail address and phone number. When we receive the return, we will contact you.
Repairs will be fixed free of charge unless a part is broken or lost. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. Repairs take 2-4 weeks.
